Once 3pm hits, it’s always tricky to get through those last two hours of work. After trying a bunch of new things, I’ve finally figured out what works for me. I’ve compiled a short list of tricks explaining how to stay motivated at work.
1. Participate in 30 minutes of solid concentration on one task. Then do secondary, more mundane tasks like responding to emails.
2. Work out. Stretch your legs, walk around the office, do some lunges, or even try jumping jacks.
3. Drink up your coffee. For me, caffeine consumption is a MUST!
